Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Notice: Clients must inform the Lead Tour Guide and Trip Coordinator of their intent to cancel their Lac Rose trip at least three (3) days before the scheduled trip date to be eligible for a full refund. 2. Refund Eligibility: Full Refund: Cancellations made three (3) or more days before the scheduled trip date will be eligible for a full refund of the total trip amount. Partial Refund: Cancellations made within three (3) days of the scheduled trip date will result in a partial refund, amounting to 25% of the total trip amount. 3. Cancellation Procedure: To initiate a cancellation, clients must contact the Lead Tour Guide and Trip Coordinator by email or phone, providing their booking details and reason for cancellation. The Lead Tour Guide and Trip Coordinator will acknowledge the cancellation request and confirm the refund amount if applicable.
