Travel Return Policy

1. Cancellation Notice:

• Clients must inform the Lead Tour Guide and Trip Coordinator of their intent to cancel their Lac Rose trip at least three (3) days before the scheduled trip date to be eligible for a full refund.

 

2. Refund Eligibility:

​

• Full Refund: Cancellations made three (3) or more days before the scheduled trip date will be eligible for a full refund of the total trip amount.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within three (3) days of the scheduled trip date will result in a partial refund, amounting to 25% of the total trip amount.

 

3. Cancellation Procedure:

​

• To initiate a cancellation, clients must contact the Lead Tour Guide and Trip Coordinator by email or phone, providing their booking details and reason for cancellation.

• The Lead Tour Guide and Trip Coordinator will acknowledge the cancellation request and confirm the refund amount if applicable.

 

4. Refund Processing:

​

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within [10-14] business days from the date of the cancellation request.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.

5. Changes and Modifications:

​

• If you wish to make changes or modifications to your booking, please contact our customer support team for assistance at dialloseydou63@gmail.com. Make sure to include the subject "Trip Modification". Also, make sure to include your full name and travel dates in the body of the email. Additional fees or charges may apply, depending on the service provider's policies and the nature of the changes requested.

6. Exceptional Circumstances:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or other factors beyond our control, Senegal Expeditions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the trip at no additional cost.
